Richard “Tiger” Berard’s father, Pete Berard, instilled a passion for all motorized vehicles in him. While other kids were riding bikes, Tiger was at his dad’s shop helping work on cars. Tiger Berard is an  ASE certified master technician and have completed business training for automotive management at ATI, WTI, Mercedes with LMV, NAPA electronics, and numerous other automotive courses.
